Mr. Harrity has been a trial lawyer since 1994 specializing in civil litigation. He has extensive major jury trial experience in prosecution and defense of personal injury matters. However, his experience is wide ranging as he has expertise in general liability, product and professional liability, property damage liability, subrogation, insurance defense, workers compensation, breach of contract, consumer protection, employment and family law, and criminal defense.
Mr. Harrity has handled thousands of matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has tried cases in both state and federal court.
